Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. However, to ensure we can effectively manage our bookings and provide the best service possible, we have the following cancellation policy: A cancellation made within 48 hours of the scheduled event will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. The deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your booking and helps cover administrative costs. If you cancel more than 48 hours prior to the event, you will be eligible for a full refund of your deposit unless otherwise stated in your booking.
